Brief: The idea was to rethink the industrial building typology. Rather than the typical cheerless functional building, our design seeks to create an environment that is inviting, intimate and cozy. The escape stair turns to a design element rather than a typical box. Architectural design is thoughtfully expressed through careful detailing and a meticulous choice of materials, textures and colours.
